• If the watch is offered by a customer, the price, description, and condition are provided by the owner himself, and the seller bears full responsibility for their accuracy.

3. Payment

• All orders for store watches are paid for in advance via the payment methods available on the website.

• Payments are protected through secure and approved electronic payment gateways.

• If using installment services (Tabby – Tamara – Imkan), the terms of the service provider apply.

• In customer hours, the agreement and payment are made directly between the seller and the buyer, and your watch platform is not a party to the payment process, except in receiving the deposit or sales commission.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• The store ships its watches to all cities in the Kingdom and available countries via approved shipping companies.

• Delivery time varies depending on the city, shipping company and logistical conditions.

• The store is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond its control.

• In customer watches, the responsibility for shipping and delivery is as agreed upon between the seller and the buyer, unless the pickup and delivery service provided by your watch platform is chosen.

5. Privacy Policy

Your Watch Store is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of user data and will only share it with:

Shipping companies

• Payment gateways

• Official authorities upon request

Your continued use of the site constitutes explicit acceptance of the privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, videos, content, design, and layout, is the exclusive property of Sa3tak Platform Foundation or its owner. Copying or using any part of it without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Limits of Liability

• The store is not responsible for the misuse of products by the customer.

• The store is not responsible for any damages resulting from technical malfunctions, internet outages, or hosting services.

• The store is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by shipping companies.

• Store watches are sold as is after their authenticity has been checked and their condition has been explained on the product page.

• In customer hours, the role of the Sa3tak platform is limited to displaying the advertisement and connecting the seller with the buyer only, and the platform bears no legal or financial responsibility for:

• the price

• Clock status

• Delivery

Any dispute that may arise between the two parties

8. Return and Exchange Policy

• The return and exchange policy applies only to watches sold directly from your watch store.

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receipt only.

• A discount of 70 riyals within Saudi Arabia to cover shipping.

• Discount on international shipping costs based on the country.

• 3% discount for Mada/Visa/Mastercard cards, and 10% for installment transactions.

• No returns or exchanges are accepted after 24 hours or for hours reserved with a deposit.

• The return and exchange policy does not apply to customer watches as we will not intervene between the parties.

9. Amendments to the terms

Saatk Store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Your continued use of the site after the modification constitutes full acceptance of the updated version.
