Terms of Use and Privacy Policy – Saatk Platform | Saatk
By using the Saatk platform, registering on it, or adding any advertisement, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all the terms of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set forth below. This agreement is legally binding in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law.
First: The nature of the platform's work
Saatk | Your Watch platform operates as an online platform for displaying watches, and includes:
• Watches owned by the platform and displayed within our private watches section.
• Customer-owned watches are displayed within the Customer Watches for Sale section.
- Regarding customer watches, the platform's role is limited to displaying the advertisement and connecting the seller with the buyer only. The platform is not a party to any sale, negotiation, payment, or delivery process, unless the customer explicitly requests additional services, and the Sa3tak platform bears no legal responsibility.
Second: Use of content and advertisements
The user acknowledges and agrees to grant the Saatk platform the right to:
• Using the content of the advertisement that he added, including images, description, price, and any data associated with the advertisement.
• Publishing and displaying the advertisement within the platform or through its digital channels, including social media platforms.
• Using the advertisement for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes without the need for additional approval.
Registering or adding a user to an advertisement constitutes explicit acceptance of the above.
Third: Sharing contact information
By agreeing to this policy and adding an advertisement through the platform, the user expressly agrees to:
• Display the contact information he provided in the advertisement.
• Sharing or publishing contact information as part of the advertisement within the platform or through its marketing channels, with the aim of facilitating communication between the seller and the buyer.
Saatk platform does not bear any responsibility for the use of contact data by third parties.
Fourth: Marketing and Communication
The user agrees to Saatk platform using his data to contact him for operational or marketing purposes, including sending notifications or messages via email, mobile number or any other means of communication he has provided.
The user has the right to stop receiving marketing messages whenever he wishes.
Fifth: Disclaimer regarding the content of advertisements
Saatk platform does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy or validity of the information, images or prices listed in customer watch advertisements, and the seller bears full responsibility.
Sixth: Limits of liability
• Saatk platform does not bear any legal or financial responsibility related to customer watches, including price, condition, warranty, return, exchange, delivery, or any dispute arising between the seller and the buyer.
• The agreement regarding customer hours is made entirely between the two parties without any obligation on the platform.
• The platform is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of the services or content.
Seventh: Managing ads and accounts
Saatk platform reserves the right to delete or suspend any advertisement, comment, or user account, without giving reasons, if it deems it to be in violation of the platform's policies or affecting the user experience or the platform's reputation.
Eighth: Intellectual Property and Prevention of Reproduction
All content on the Saatk platform, including texts, images, designs, logos, and advertisements, is protected under intellectual property laws.
Copying or republishing any content for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent from the platform.
Ninth: Lack of technical warranty
Saatk platform does not guarantee that the website or application will be free from technical errors or temporary outages, and assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunction or service interruption.
Tenth: Force Majeure
Saatk platform does not bear any responsibility for delays or failures in providing its services as a result of circumstances beyond its control, including – but not limited to – natural disasters, public outages, communication disruptions, or government decisions.
Eleventh: Transfer or sale of the platform
Saatk platform has the right to transfer, sell, or assign the platform or any of its assets or rights, including user databases, advertisements, and content, to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, acquisition, or any similar commercial transaction, in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Twelfth: Data Protection
Saatk platform is committed to taking the necessary measures to protect user data, and not to use it except within the limits explained in this policy, and in a manner that does not violate the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Thirteenth: Judicial Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute or disagreement relating to the use of the Saatk platform or any of its services, the Commercial Court in Dammam shall be the sole competent judicial authority to adjudicate such matters.
Fourteenth: Acknowledgment and consent
The user acknowledges that:
• Registering for, using, or adding any advertisement to the platform constitutes explicit and final acceptance of this policy.
• This policy complements the terms and conditions and the return and exchange policy.
Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes full acceptance of the updated version.
