Return and exchange policy
At Saatk | At Saatk, we aim to provide a reliable and fair buying experience, while maintaining the quality of watches and the accuracy of inspection before delivery.
Important note:
The return and exchange policy applies only to watches owned by Sa3tak platform and displayed in the "Our Own Watches" section. This policy does not apply to customer watches offered for sale, as Sa3tak platform's role is limited to displaying the advertisement only, without any obligation or liability whatsoever.
First: Return Policy (Store Hours Only)
1. The consumer has the right to request a return of the watch within 24 hours only from the time of receipt.
2. After 24 hours from receipt, the store does not accept any return request, and is not responsible for any malfunctions resulting from misuse.
3. If the return is within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 70 riyals will be deducted to cover shipping costs, regardless of the type of shipping (even if it is free).
4. If the return is outside the Kingdom, shipping costs will be deducted according to the country and shipping company.
5. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for payment after we receive the item from the shipping company and it arrives in its original condition, after deducting the following bank fees:
• 3% for payments made with Mada/Visa/Mastercard cards.
• 10% for payments made through installment services such as: Tabby, Tamara, Imkan, and others.
Second: Exchange policy (store hours only)
1. Exchanges are only available within the first 24 hours of receipt, subject to the availability of other options at the store.
2. Replacement will not be accepted after 24 hours or in the event of any use or condition affecting the watch or its accessories.
Third: Deposit system and hourly reservation (store hours only)
The deposit helps with:
• The option to pay in two installments without having to pay the full amount in one payment.
- The deposit value starts from 1,500 riyals and goes up to a maximum of 5,000 riyals, according to the customer’s wishes.
• The watch is reserved for you for a full month from the date of payment of the deposit.
• If the full amount is not paid within the reservation period, a fee of 1,500 riyals will be deducted to stop the watch from being sold, and the remaining deposit will be refunded to the customer.
• Watches reserved with a deposit are not eligible for return or exchange, except in full purchases without prior reservation.
Fourth: General observations
• All orders are handled in accordance with the Saudi e-commerce system.
• Submitting the order or paying the deposit means the customer fully agrees to the return and exchange policy.
• Sa3tak platform does not bear any responsibility for the sales agreements of customers’ watches, as the sale and delivery are carried out as agreed upon directly between the seller and the buyer.
